PA Day Camps

Get ready for an adventure like no other! The Huron County Museum & Historic Gaol PA Day Camps invite young explorers to dive into a world of discovery where history and imagination come to life. Each day is packed with exciting games, hands-on crafts, and interactive activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

Registration is now open for the following camps – sign up for one or all:
Oct. 10: Art Adventures: Unleash your creativity with a day of hands-on art activities, inspired by the Art Show on display at the Museum.
Nov. 21: Wild Things: Go on a wild safari through the Museum as we discover the critters and creatures that call Huron County home.
Jan. 30: Dream Builders: Imagine, design, and build! Using different materials create amazing items inspired by objects and machines from the past.
April 24: Pirates & Shipwrecks: Set sail on a pirate adventure filled with treasure maps, shipbuilding, riddles, and a Museum treasure hunt.
June 5: Dino Dig: Travel back in time to the age of dinosaurs with hands-on excavations, fossil fun, and prehistoric games.
Day Camp FAQ:
- Open to children ages 5 – 10
- Day camp programming runs 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Day camp morning drop-off begins at 8:30 a.m.; pick-up ends at 4:30 p.m.
- Museum members receive day camp discounts! Become a member!
- PA Day Camp: $40 Non-members | $35 Members
REGISTRATION: To register, please complete and sign the registration form. You can drop off the completed form to the Huron County Museum front desk or email to museum@huroncounty.ca. Museum staff will confirm there is space available for your registration either at the desk or by a follow-up email. There will be a waiting list once capacities are filled.
